Learn To Maintain Your Own Bicycle.

Learn To Maintain Your Own Bicycle.

Wrench up, our Basic Bicycle Repair course for youth (16+) and adults, is a great way to begin learning how to repair and maintain your bike yourself, or to brush up on rusty repair skills. See current schedule below.

Lessons typically include: “ABC’s” of bicycle maintenance, roadside repair and fixing flats, parts of the bike, bike adjustments and basic fitting. Intermediate classes will cover care and feeding of your brakes, shifting, and an introduction to overhauling bearings. More advanced procedures can be covered on request.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own bikes and friends*.

*We do need at least four participants to hold classes so tell your friends and help support our programs! Maximum 8 participants per class.
