Blossoming Lotus Yoga is announcing a new yoga program aimed at cyclists Starting April 22, the 4 week program is taught by Renee Trepanier, an avid cyclist. The program is designed for all skill levels and is aimed at reducing the risk of injury, promoting faster recording and providing a more powerful pedal stroke by lengthening muscles.
Reducing risk of injury, promoting faster recovery, reducing stress and providing a more powerful pedal stroke by lengthening muscles, yoga will significantly improve you as a cyclist.
