Current Hours: Tues – Fri noon – 6pm, Sat 10am – 4. Become a Bike Kitchen Member for just $40 for the year. Learn to fix bikes! Sign up for a time to work on your own bike or volunteer to work on one of ours.

Check out our bikes and accessories including Thousand Helmets for sale online. We make every attempt to keep the listings up to date. If you can’t find something, give us a call or email us and we’ll try to help.

Volunteer

Volunteer with us and learn new skills, and meet new friends. Help tear down and fix up bikes, spend time on the sales floor or volunteer at our events. High School students receive Community Hours.

Donate a Bike

Recycle. Reuse. Give your old bicycle a new life! We refurbish or recycle all donations. We do not purchase used bikes. We are unable to provide tax receipts for donations.

  • Windsor Needs More Open Streets!
    Open Streets is Windsor’s biggest and most popular community event that sees thousands of people enjoying the freedom to safely experience their streets without the danger of car traffic. BUT, waiting an entire year for four hours of car free streets is not enough. Across Ontario, municipalities are seeing the benefits of regularly opening streets to people – for more than four hours a year. Open Streets supports recreation, healthy living and community engagement in the City.
  • Bikes for Greenhouse Workers Pilot Project
    This summer, our mechanics and volunteers have been busy refurbishing 50 bikes that will be given to migrant workers in the region. We are a registered non-profit providing a supervised workshop space with the tools, parts, and expertise for bike repair. Our goal is to create opportunities for empowerment, education, and social change through bicycles and bicycle repair.
