Five Different Tours from around Windsor Essex
Walkerville to Sandwich, via the Riverfront Trail
Begin your journey in Olde Walkerville, riding through Hiram Walker’s whisky town. Enjoy breathtaking views and dramatic sculptures along the Detroit River. Explore the fascinating history of Olde Sandwich Town, dating back to the 18th century. Return via Windsor’s colourful downtown.
The Ganatchio to Tecumseh Nature Trail
Take a slow roll along Windsor’s waterfront where lake St. Clair flows into the Detroit River. Cycle on the Ganatchio Trail. We’re just a short walk from the VIA Rail Station and on the crosstown bus line.
