Both the Rocket Mountain Biking Club and the Running Factory will be hosting rides this Friday.
The Rocket ride will be on the Chrysler Greenway, with riders from the county gathering at the Ruthven Trail-head at 7:30am. Riders heading the other way will gather at the Old Castle Trail-head at 10am, meet the riders from the county and return with them to Ruthven, stopping for lunch/snacks along the way, with a planned arrival of 2-3pm. The distance of the route is 85km. Riders are welcome to start along the trail at any point if they would prefer a shorter distance. In the event of inclement weather, rain dates are Saturday and Sunday.
The Running Factory ride will take a large group of cyclists out to Amherstburg for coffee, and then back to Windsor. The group will depart from the Running Factory at 8am, and then the Ciociaro Club at 8:45am. Round-trip distance is about 100km from the store, or about 60km from the Ciociaro Club.
