For those not wanting to wait for an ad-filled page to load, the results are 1. Montreal, 2. Vancouver, 3. Toronto.
When you CAN ride in Montreal (meaning, there isn’t ice and snow on the ground) it is an amazing place to ride. But I think I’d rather take Vancouver and the ability to actually ride almost throughout the year.
