For those of you who missed this weekends Lung Association Bike Trek (with more than 90 participants), next Saturday is the Amherstburg Kids Cancer Ride.
There are short distance options for kids and beginners, or a 50km ride for those who want to put on a little distance. There will bea police escort, support vehicles present on course, and repair services provided by local shops.
100% of all entry fees go to charity. The funds raised will go to the Coast to Coast Against Cancer organization.
Don’t worry, you haven’t missed the sign up deadline either, you can register at 7:30 am on the day of the event.
The Town of Amherstburg has also recently declared that June is ‘Bike-to-Work-Month’
