Congratulations to Daniele DeFranceschi, who won the 52nd Tour di Via Italia on Sunday. He completed the 80km race in 1 hour, 33 minutes and 4 seconds, making this his second win of the pro event. He is the only local cyclist to have won the event twice, having won in 2006 as well.
