We’ll have lots to talk about at our Tuesday Evening Board Meeting including the upcoming Tweed Ride, Saturday May 10, and some craziness coming from the City regarding segregated bike paths on the east-west Cabana Road trail.
Our primary focus will be on the upcoming Ride of Silence taking place at 6pm on Wednesday May 21. This is a significant event for us as it honours those who have been injured or killed while cycling on public roads. This year we’re planning a ‘Breaking the Silence Afterparty’ at the Willistead Restaurant in Walkerville. Please mark your calendars and invite your friends to join us.
