your bike still on the trainer or hung up in the garage? Well, you can still participate in Spinergize!
Spinergize is a fundraiser for The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County, and will take place this weekend at the St. Clair Centre for the Arts.
Spinergize participants will spend up to 1 hour on a stationary bicycle (exercise bike/spinning bike), which is easy to do, even for the beginner. The event will run from 8:00am until 5:00pm, and will include music, refreshments and food. After an hour of spinning, you can sign up for more provided there is a free spin-bike.
You can sign up as an individual, family, group or corporate team. All participants receive an event t-shirt and a towel for use on the bike.
