What’s CWATS, you ask? It stands for County Wide Active Transportation Study, and it’s kinda the county’s version of the BUMP.
Next Thursday, the county is holding an open information session for the public to meet the study team, and to give the public an opportunity to provide input for the study. Here’s the original newspaper announcement, for more info:

I noticed that the WBC website has a link to the County Wide Active Transportation Student (CWATS) questionnaire, which can also be accessed here
